Our Story

Asude is an accomplished and skilled chef with a wealth of experience in the culinary industry. She has a passion for cooking and uses it as a way to connect her various interests, including traveling, art, and literature. She believes that cooking is not just about technique, but also about one's life experiences and perspective on the world. This approach is reflected in her cooking, which incorporates a diverse range of influences and ingredients.

She has a diverse educational background, including a degree in business administration, an exchange study year in Japanese sociology, and various culinary and food-related certifications. She has 10 years of experience working in the kitchens, starting as a commis chef and working her way up to Kitchen Manager. She has worked in Turkish, Japanese, and American restaurants and has experience in hosting local meal experiences and giving cooking classes.

Asude has honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants. Her tenure in Japan has been particularly formative, working in an Izakaya where she learned discipline and perfectionism. These skills were further developed when she worked as a commis chef in the garde manger station of Nicole Restaurant (Michelin *), where she excelled in the high-pressure and fast-paced environment. This experience has allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality, which is evident in her cooking.

Asude is a dedicated and passionate chef who has a proven track record of success in the culinary industry. She has a wealth of experience in managing kitchen operations and team building, which has been demonstrated through her work as a Kitchen Manager. She is a natural leader with a focus on quality and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, the US government recognized her expertise and experience in the culinary industry, and she was honored with an "Extraordinary Ability Visa", which is a testament to her talents and abilities.

Our team of expert personal chefs will work closely with the clients to create a personalized menu that meets clients' specific tastes and dietary concerns. We take inspiration from tried and true recipes while incorporating seasonal changes in ingredients to ensure that their meals are not only delicious but also healthy and varied.

We understand that meal planning and preparation can be time-consuming and stressful, so we are committed to providing a convenient, stress-free solution that allows clients to enjoy healthy, flavorful meals at home without lifting a finger. We take care of everything, from sourcing ingredients to cooking and packaging the meals, so clients can sit back and enjoy the delicious results.

Asude worked as the caterer of our exhibition reception in 2019 and the experience has been thoroughly delightful. Prior to the event, she suggested a number of options to be served (it was rather hard to pick the final ones out of so many appealing and original recipes!) and delivered the food in a punctual, professional, and hygienic manner. All of our guests at the reception--as well as my colleague and I--were super content with the taste, presentation, and variety of the food she prepared. For our next project, we definitely would like to work with her again! As a side note, I can say that she seems to be interested in the social aspects of her culinary work and recounts the background stories of the food we had, which was a super pleasant experience!
